2020 Holiday Giveaways
Cariloha Knit Bamboo Throw ($119 value)
You often find me over on Twitter live-tweeting during Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas movie premieres. It’s one of my absolute favorite jobs, if you can call it work. I mean, I’m sitting on the couch, chatting with some of you online, with my daughter right next to me. Many times we are sipping on hot cocoa and wishing we were somehow transported into the snowy destinations featured in those movies. You’ll also find us snuggled up lately with the most incredible, Hallmark Christmas movie worthy blanket from Cariloha – a brand you need to discover NOW!
Available in two colors, Stone and Onyx , the Cariloha Knit Bamboo Throw features ultra-plush Sherpa fleece on one side and sustainable, eco-friendly bamboo knit yarn on the other. They’re available on Cariloha‘s website but that’s not all you’ll discover there. In fact, I’ve got some pretty awesome (and so soft) pajamas under the Christmas tree right now.
PROMO CODE (20% off): The Cariloha throw retails for $119 but I have a promo code for all of you. 20% off discount code for Cariloha.com is FINDINGDEBRA and is good on the entire Cariloha.com website through January 4, 2021.
SHOP: Cariloha.com or for those of you looking for some Amazon Prime delivery, I’ve got you covered, as they have options on Amazon too (you just can’t use my discount code there.)
GIVEAWAY #10: One (1) lucky winner will receive a Cariloha Knit Bamboo Throw ($199 value)
A Kid’s Book About – Book Series (Made Oprah’s Favorite Things 2020 list)
I’m so excited about this latest find, one that Oprah discovered this year as well. A Kid’s Book About book series is an incredible concept from a black-owned children’s publishing company. I dare say that most families could use almost all of these books in their library as they have topics that are timely, important, and foster open and honest conversations with parents.
Topics like voting, gratitude, optimism, racism, autism, creativity, cancer, and so many more are discussed in an age-appropriate way with books that are geared towards ages 5+, 7+, or 9+. I had the chance to personally go through several of the books and even adults could find them helpful. That said, the illustrations, design, and dialogue are all ideal for young kids. Best of all, because it’s hard to choose among the topics, there’s a subscription option (LOVE)! No matter what your child may be dealing with personally or no matter what is going on in the world that you might like to introduce him to, this book series is helpful.
SHOP: Visit AKidsBookAbout.com or Kindle version on Amazon.
GIVEAWAY #9: One (1) lucky winner will receive a bundle of four (4) A Kid’s Book About books: topics on Mindfulness; Creativity; Optimism, and Emotions.

Rubik’s Christmas Tree Puzzle
A few year’s ago you might recall I introduced my daughter to the magic of the Rubik’s Cube, a puzzl-ing toy I grew up with. Since she was younger, I discovered that they made “training” type puzzles and she fell in love with the Rubik’s Junior Bear, perfect for beginners.
This year let me introduce you to the Rubik’s Christmas Tree, a festive Rubik’s puzzle in the shape of a holiday tree. Great for younger kids or those of any age (really, I am having fun with it too.) It makes a great stocking stuffer since it’s small and fits in your hand or make it part of the Christmas decorations. How? Well, the Rubik’s Christmas Tree features a string and molded plastic loop at the top, making it a fully functional Christmas ornament. Maybe Santa should leave one on the tree and see if anyone notices?
SHOP: Available at WinningMoves.com or Amazon.
GIVEAWAY #3: One (1) lucky winner will receive a Rubik’s Christmas Tree puzzle.
