TeaWell tea

When I saw the tagline, I knew this tea was for me –> Live Well. Be Well. TeaWellTM

TeaWell is a line of wellness teas from Celestial Seasonings, a brand we all know and love. With health and wellness on the mind lately for so many reasons, and because I come from a long line of tea drinkers, I wanted to check TeaWell out.

Why? For both wellness and beauty. Yes, I wanted to drink TeaWell (both hot and cold), but I have been hearing so much about the benefits of matcha green tea ice cubes for your skin (and beauty). So not only am I sharing an incredible coupon below, but I’m also sharing that you should try it out as part of your beauty regimen. Keep reading…

I headed to my local Walmart, which offers a wide variety of TeaWell and Celestial Seasonings flavors –> TeaWell flavors.

A quick glance at the flavors and I realized that they each combined with a Daily Wellness Core – “foundational blend of traditionally used herbs and botanicals for an all-in-one wellbeing”.

My local Walmart only had 4 of the 5 flavors, but take a look at the lineup:

  • Organic Matcha Green
  • Organic Ginger Mint
  • Organic Honey Lemon
  • Organic Lemon Chamomile
  • Organic Turmeric Spice

No matter which you chose, the Daily Wellness Core was part of it. What is that exactly?

MENTAL VITALITY* (panax ginseng) – Used for centuries in Asia to help revitalize the mind and ward off fatigue.*

IMMUNE SUPPORT* (elderberry) – Cultivated around the world since ancient times to support a strong immune system.*

DIGESTION* (dandelion root) – Celebrated in traditional European herbalism as a digestive stimulant.*

ANTIOXIDANT SUPPORT* (green rooibos) – Prized across generations in South Africa for its powerful polyphenol antioxidant properties.*

DIY Matcha Green Tea Ice Cubes

DIY Matcha Green Tea Ice Cubes and coupon

I’ve been hearing a lot about Match Green Tea Ice Cubes and how great they are for your skin/face. In fact, celebrity Tia Mowry shared that she melts one over her face in the morning. It’s like a quick pick me up for your face – the cold tightens the skin, hydrates it, and the anti-oxidants from the tea must be good too.

I thought I would try it out for a while – couldn’t hurt, right?

I simply made a quick batch of tea on the stovetop using the TeaWell Match Green Tea. Using a ladle, I poured the tea in the ice cube trays and placed in the freezer for a couple of hours until frozen.

Day one and I think maybe the puffiness under my eyes was reduced a bit. Can’t wait to continue this and see what happens.

Don’t forget to print the above coupon!

I love the idea of making TEA ice cubes – especially so your tea stays cold but doesn’t get watered down. Never thought of using them for my beauty regime but it’s worth a shot!
