Gaylord Texan ICE Free Parking and more tips

The Gaylord Texan Resort (in Grapevine, Texas) features ICE! each and every holiday season. My family has enjoyed it almost each and every year as it has become one of our favorite holiday traditions.

While I’ve had the chance to share some previews and exclusive discounts with you each year thanks to my partnership with the Gaylord Texan, now I want to share even more practical ways to save money – on parking! Yes, I can tell you how to get Gaylord Texan ICE free parking! (Affiliate link in post. Any purchases made might earn me a small commission at NO cost to you)

Gaylord Texan ICE Free Parking

ICE! Parking (New 2019 Pricing):

  • Guests who go through ICE! receive discounted $15 short-term self-parking. Guest can purchase the parking pass online or on-site at the Gaylord Texan.
  • Receive complimentary validated short-term self-parking when you purchase $50 or more in resort restaurants or Relâche Spa. May I recommend either the character breakfast which is always fun or a wonderful dinner (and tradition for us) at Old Hickory Steakhouse. There are many restaurant options.

TIP: You will need to get the your receipt validated at the restaurants or stores.  In my experience, the wait staff doesn’t ask if you need this. Apparently the $50 can be a combination of purchases.

TIP: Buy online to order so you can avoid the lines and go straight to Will Call!

You don’t want to miss it – it truly is amazing!

Do you just show them your ice tickets? Or how do you get a discount? Also where do you park?

Hi Sid, Click through the link that goes to the Gaylord Texan and you order your tickets online. There’s a spot for you to enter the promo code. As for parking, there’s a huge parking (covered) facility as you drive in – on the left, before you get to the main entrance. This is the best spot to park if you aren’t staying at the resort overnight.
