I had such fun this week creating and being “Mom”.
Here are some Snowmen I made out of Kool-Aid drinks that were provided for my daughter’s class party. I decided they needed a little something else….after all, it is Christmas. Just a little something to make the kids go “ooooh” and “aaaaaah” when they walked in.
I was expecting juice boxes that I was going to cover with paper, but these pouches provided a challenge. I quickly found some Avery address labels we had tucked away, and used two of them for each pouch. Nose and mouth – just markers! I glued “googly eyes” to the labels before attaching them….but even after a night of fully drying, several had to be re-glued when attaching to the pouch. When I took the label sticker of its backing, the eyes had a tendency to pop.
TIP: Don’t make the night before. Glue eyes on label on flat surface and let dry overnight. Then add labels to pouch (glue any more that popped off) and let dry overnight again. 🙂
Kids were so excited, some even took home their empty pouches! Enjoy!
These are the absolute cutest!!
that is a awesome ideal for a classroom party
These are so cute and will be perfect for our Christmas movie night!
Cute!
very cute idea, will be sharing these for our holiday party and the kids school party,
CUTE!!!White duct tape would probably work too!!
Cute but what would you have used to cover if they were the cardboard type juice boxes?
Hi Irma and thanks! I actually had planned to cut just the right size of white construction paper if they had been the cardboard juice boxes and tape them in the back.
Those are so adorable! I’ll have to remember the label idea to dress up my kids juice boxes this winter. 🙂
You are awesome!! I love the snowman drinks! Very clever dear Frugal Friend!!
