Mention the word LEGO and kids of all ages will tune in, even this mom who still has her original LEGO sets from decades ago. It’s why I’m so excited to partner with the LEGO Americana Roadshow for this sponsored post as they are coming to my town! So heads up if you are in the Dallas area!
The Lego Americana Roadshow will be at Stonebriar Centre, a favorite mall in Frisco, running February 18th through March 5th, 2017.
The free event will feature ten one-of-a-kind models made completely out of LEGO bricks, including
- U.S. Capitol Building
- The White House
- The Supreme Court
- The Washington Monument
- Jefferson Memorial
- Lincoln Memorial
- Statue of Liberty
- Independence Hall
- Old North Church
- The Liberty Bell
But there’s even more fun for kids…
FREE Make n Take – (Feb. 25 and 26 from 12-4pm)
Your kids can make and take home their very own mini LEGO® White House for FREE!
Educational Guide
There’s also an educational guide to help you as a parent talk to your kids about history or use as a lesson plan.
Scavenger Hunt
There will also be a LEGO Scavenger Hunt, where attendees can win a special LEGO prize upon completion.

Wow! This is brilliant! What a way to get kids inspired with our Nation’s history! I’ve go to research to see if it’s coming to my area.
This is perfect for so many families and gets the kids interested in history!
