Enhanced Safety
Some of you might have seen me mention Luminova Holidays in my 2020 Holiday Gift Guide. Surprising the family with tickets will be so fun this year. I know that personally we have limited our activities and events over the past 8 months, but since Luminova Holidays is both indoors and outdoors, we couldn’t be more excited.
They will be limiting the number of tickets sold each night, so definitely purchase tickets in advance!
The safety of visitors and employees is their number one priority and they will be guided by health authorities and government agencies in implementing enhanced safety protocols and social distancing measures to provide the safest experience possible.
Everyone will be required to wear masks over the age of 10. There will be both indoor/outdoor entertainment available, allowing for options depending on the comfort level of patrons. On the inside, all traffic flow through the lights goes one way in a circular motion to keep congestion at bay. Also, there will reservation times for Santa photos and ice skating. Patrons will receive a text message when it’s their allotted time. This way, no one is standing in lines. Deep cleaning will be done daily. Patrons will be socially distanced. Patrons who may feel ill will not be able to attend. Hand sanitizing stations will be available.
I will be reporting back after experiencing it firsthand, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have either here on the blog, via email, or on social media.

Here’s what you can expect:
- 2.7 million lights
- More than 270,000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor space

- Interactive activities including light up hopscotch

It will be larger than life, after all they do say everything is bigger and better in Texas.
