There’s one thing that I would love to do more often. It’s relaxing. It reduces my stress level immediately. It’s a trip to MiniLuxe Dallas.

A little pampering never hurt anyone. To have someone take care of my nail and waxing needs is not something I do every week, but there’s nothing like quite getting a pedicure with a summer color right before a vacation. And you know me, I’ve been traveling nonstop this summer. In fact, I visited MiniLuxe Dallas for some pampering right before a little trip to Orlando, Florida for the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration. My toes had to be ready for Mickey!

I experienced this commitment first hand at the Dallas location. Earlier this year, MiniLuxe opened the first of five Dallas area locations in the upscale West Village shopping center. (NOTE: MiniLuxe currently operates and has locations in Boston)

At MiniLuxe, you’ll find:

  • High-tech Clean Lab (during my trip I took a tour and saw the M11 UltraClave automatic sterilizer).
  • All metal components are cleaned in the Clean Lab and sealed for individual, one-time use.
  • All non-metal components (nail files/buffers) are given to client or disposed of.
  • Waxing services – no “double-dipping”.

Just a heads up that my pedicure was so awesome that it lasted weeks – I didn’t even need to re-touch anything before I walked the red carpet in Hollywood! (Okay, it was really purple, but only because they had some fun with it for the red carpet premiere of Disney’s INSIDE OUT)!
